Okay look, it’s great that you have muscle mass and aerobic capacity, but why do you move like the tinman and throw your back out while sneezing? I personally look at how much time I have available for training each week and I split up that time between mobility, weights, and cardio. I like to get an even mix. You can either do mobility on its own day or on the same day as your weights or cardio. If you’re struggling with chronic pain, stiffness, nagging injuries, and just overall don’t feel great in your body, it’s time to stop neglecting your mobility.
