What You Get
- 1 on 1 Coaching: Train with an experienced Master Fitness Trainer & Health Coach to your help you reach your goals.
- Accountability: Check in and or train with Coach once or twice per week in phase one to ensure success on program.
- Community Access: When you begin your journey with us, you gain access to our exclusive community. Aside from the direct support of your Coach, you will have access to thousands of others on program on the same journey as you. There you can share your triumphs, get ideas, and get questions answered.
- Education: In phase one not only will we be getting our body tight, and getting healthy. We will get our mind right, and learn to keep our results for the long term. With our Habits of health transformation system, lifestyle journal and fitness program, you will have all the tools needed to be successful on program.
- Fitness Programming: This gets your body and mind right. A structured fitness regimen designed to help you move, and feel better so that you are mechanically sound and ready to take your training to the next level in phase two.
- Rock Solid Nutrition: This gets your body and mind right. On program you will follow a structured meal plan. Our health plans are our most comprehensive, and unique lifestyle regimens. They are designed to give your body everything’s it’s needs and nothing it does not.
